Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of designswift.com and the Vibe to Live subscription service offered by DesignSwift, LLC. We've kept this short and plain — no unnecessary legal jargon, just the things you'd reasonably want to know.

01 — What This Covers#

DesignSwift, LLC (“DesignSwift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a design and software consultancy based in Canada. These terms apply to anyone who visits designswift.com or subscribes to the Vibe to Live service.

By using our site or subscribing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

02 — The Vibe to Live Service#

Vibe to Live is a monthly subscription that gives you a private messaging space with DesignSwift via Slack Direct Message for ongoing engineering guidance. Once your first payment is processed, you'll receive your invite within 24 hours.

What's included depends on the tier you choose:

  • Weekday — Monday through Friday responses, twice daily around 11 AM and 4 PM ET. Up to two 30-minute video calls per month.
  • Weekend — Everything in Weekday, plus Saturday and Sunday responses at 11 AM ET once daily.

We encourage and recommend Claude Code as your AI coding tool. Our guidance works for any AI coding assistant, but Claude Code is what we reach for and will typically reference in responses.

03 — Billing#

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date as your first payment. Payments are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically. If payment remains unsuccessful after retries, your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved. You can update your payment method at any time through the Stripe customer portal linked in your billing confirmation email.

04 — Cancellation#

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to the messaging space until then.

We may also cancel or pause your subscription if you violate these terms or if the service becomes unavailable. In that case, we'll let you know via the email address on your account.

05 — Refunds#

We want you to feel good about subscribing. If something isn't working, reach out to us at hello@designswift.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

Refunds are not issued if:

  • Cancellation is requested more than 5 days after the start of your current billing period, or
  • Support has already been provided during your current billing period.

If you cancel within the first 5 days of a billing period and no support has been provided, contact us and we'll refund that period's payment in full.

06 — What We Expect From You#

The messaging space is for you — please don't share access with others or use it on behalf of a team without a separate subscription. Keep questions and discussions relevant to your project. We reserve the right to end the subscription if the channel is used in a way that's abusive, spammy, or outside the scope of engineering guidance.

07 — Limitations#

Our guidance is advisory. We're not responsible for decisions you make based on our recommendations, or for any issues that arise in your project as a result. We make our best effort to respond accurately and helpfully, but we don't guarantee specific outcomes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DesignSwift's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the billing period in which the issue arose.

08 — Changes to These Terms#

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change, we'll let active subscribers know via email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

09 — Questions#

If you have any questions about these terms or your subscription, email us at hello@designswift.com. We're a small team and will get back to you within one business day.
