01 — Information We Collect#

On this website

When you contact us through designswift.com, we collect the information you submit — your name, email address, and message. We also collect standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are used solely for security and operational purposes.

Through Creator Copilot

Creator Copilot is DesignSwift’s campaign analytics platform for marketing agencies and content creators. When you or your agency uses Creator Copilot, we may collect:

• Account information — name, email address, company name
• Social media profile data you authorize us to access (username, follower count, post performance metrics such as reach, impressions, likes, comments, and saves)
• OAuth access tokens used to retrieve your social media data — stored encrypted at rest
• Campaign performance data generated from your authorized social media accounts

Through Vibe to Value

Vibe to Value is a monthly consulting subscription delivered via a private messaging space (Slack Direct Message). When you subscribe, we collect:

• Account information — name and email address provided at checkout
• Billing information — subscription tier, billing dates, and payment status. Payment details (card number, etc.) are handled entirely by Stripe and never seen or stored by DesignSwift
• Project context — any description of your project you provide at signup or within your messaging space
• Subscription metadata — subscription ID and customer portal access records maintained by Stripe

02 — Social Media Authorization#

Creator Copilot connects to social media accounts through official OAuth authorization flows provided by each platform (including Meta for Instagram). When you connect an account, you explicitly authorize DesignSwift to access your public profile and post performance data for the purpose of generating campaign reports for your agency partners.

We access only what you authorize. We do not post content on your behalf, read private messages, or collect data beyond what is necessary for campaign performance reporting.

You can revoke access at any time through your social media account settings. Upon revocation, we will no longer retrieve new data from that account.

03 — How We Use Your Data#

• To provide campaign performance reporting to your agency partners (Creator Copilot)
• To deliver engineering guidance and manage your messaging space access (Vibe to Value)
• To process your subscription and send transactional emails such as billing confirmations and welcome emails (Vibe to Value)
• To communicate with you about your account across any of our services
• To improve the reliability and performance of our services

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

04 — Security#

We take the security of your data seriously and maintain the following safeguards:

• OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM
• Application logs are processed through a SOC 2 compliant logging provider and permanently deleted after a defined retention period
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized DesignSwift personnel
• Data in transit is protected using TLS encryption
• Infrastructure is hosted on AWS with industry-standard access controls

05 — Data Retention#

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Application and server logs are retained for a defined period and permanently deleted thereafter
• Campaign performance data is retained for the duration of your active service agreement (Creator Copilot)
• Social media access tokens are retained until you revoke authorization or request deletion (Creator Copilot)
• Vibe to Value subscription records and messaging space history are retained for the duration of your active subscription and permanently deleted within 30 days of cancellation
• Upon account closure, personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days

06 — Your Rights#

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to restrict how we use it.

08 — Changes to This Policy#

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
