Co-Founder & Technical Lead
Sam Griffiths
Sam is an entrepreneurial engineering leader and full-stack engineer who oversees all things technical at DesignSwift. Before co-founding the studio, he spent years building software products for agencies, creative businesses, and startups — leading teams, shipping features, and navigating the realities of tight timelines and evolving requirements. His experience spans the full product lifecycle, from early-stage prototyping and architecture through production deployment, observability, and ongoing iteration.
At DesignSwift, Sam focuses on architecting robust, modern web applications, integrating with existing tools and data sources, and setting up the technical foundations that make products reliable long-term. He brings particular depth in AI-driven workflows, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines — designing systems that automate repetitive work so teams can focus on higher-value decisions. He's especially passionate about helping non-technical founders and teams translate their ideas into working software, using clear communication, rapid iteration, and a bias toward solutions that are simple to operate day-to-day.

Char-Lynn Griffiths
Char‑Lynn combines design, research, and growth strategy to help teams untangle complex problems and turn them into clear, intuitive products. She has spent her career moving between creative work and analytical work — leading research initiatives, partnering with marketing and operations teams, and building systems that connect what customers need with how the business actually operates.
At DesignSwift, she leads discovery, UX, and visual design, making sure every project is rooted in real user stories, operational realities, and measurable outcomes. Whether she's interviewing stakeholders, auditing workflows, or prototyping interfaces, Char‑Lynn focuses on designing solutions that are not just beautiful, but legible to the people who have to live with them every day.
